WHICH COURIER SERVICE DO YOU USE?

We would move mountains to make your gift giving experience as easy as possible, so we use extremely professional and dedicated couriers to transport your valuable purchases to you and your loves.

You may also send your preferred couriers to collect your items but if they’re on two wheels a.k.a. boda, kindly ensure that they’re fitted with a container to guarantee that your products arrive intact and presentable.


WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

James and Joseph are our dedicated couriers for same day delivery.

Fargo Courier for next day or overnight couriers.

You are also welcome to collect your order during our business hours, from our workshop in Diamond Plaza, Parklands.
In this case, kindly wait to receive a notification for collection.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?

We need plenty of time to make sure your orders are absolutely perfect and wonderfully made, therefore personalised items require 2-3 days for processing (this means making your item and sometimes sourcing specific colors if need be).

For rush orders/pulling miracles kindly contact us on 0722 809 074 and we will advise on the possibility of meeting your deadline.

You can also BE ASSURED that we shall not commit to a project that we cannot accomplish based on agreed timelines.


SHIPPING DELAYS

We always try our best to ensure that your package arrives within the stipulated delivery times or sooner. Of course, there are some things that are beyond our control like weather, delivery errors, courier services & supplier delays. Regardless of the reason for the delay, we will do our best to help you as best we can and endeavor to inform you as soon as we know of any impending delays.


FAILED DELIVERY

Please notify Khalayi upon placing your order, of any specific delivery times or instructions (within regular office hours / business days / delivery times and areas). Should the courier service not be able to complete a delivery at the address specified by the purchaser, either due to an incorrect delivery address or unavailability of purchaser or assigned persons to accept the parcel, within regular delivery times, Khalayi may at its discretion charge the purchaser a delivery fee (equal to or lower than our standard delivery charges) for the subsequent delivery of the package.
